Michael Wood, P.T.
Michael Wood, P.T. Michael Wood, P.T. and his staff at Clifton Park Physical Therapy treat a variety of orthopedic problems including back pain. At our facility we may be able to help you, a family member, or even a friend.

Mike established the practice in 1972. Prior to that, he gained experience in public health hospital and nursing home settings. He was Director of Physical Therapy for St. Mary's Hospital in Troy, NY, and started and developed the Physical Therapy Department for CHP in Latham, NY. While residing in Buffalo, NY, after receiving his Physical Therapy Degree from SUNY at Buffalo, he worked with the team physicians for the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Braves (NBA).

He brings to this practice all of these experiences, along with numerous continuing education courses and over thirty years of treating patients in a private practice setting. He has learned that taking time to listen to the patient is critical and communication between the patient and therapist is imperative in developing a sound treatment program.

At Clifton Park Physical Therapy, you will see that each and every therapist keeps to the same philosophy.
