As each patient at Clifton Park Physical Therapy reaches the end of their rehabilitation, they are given the opportunity to express their feelings about their results through success stories. These are some of those success stories, we have many, many more.

When I first came to this office, I could barely move, was unable to sit, and was generally uncomfortable with low back pain from a herniated disc.
Kristy was absolutely fantastic! She developed a program of treatment that was so helpful for not only the immediate problem, but for long term.
Kathy has hands from heaven! Her massages were so incredible, I will surely miss them.
All of the staff at this facility is warm, caring, and friendly. It's been a pleasure!

I had my rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgically repaired. It was the full surgery, so the prognosis by my surgeon was that I would probably never get more than 40% mobility back. Kristy said that she was going to ge me to 100% if at all possible. I am happy to say that my mobility is really close to 100% and my strength is coming along slow but sure. My doctor is proud of how hard I've worked, and I could only have done it with the guidance, support, and encouragement I have gotten here!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

I had a complex surgery to my L-S L4-L5 spine. I could not bend, sit, or drive, and honestly thought I would never be "normal" again. With three months of physical therapy three times a week, I have been able to go back to my "normal" routine, driving eight to twelve hours a day, spinning, exercise.
I really feel the staff at Clifton Park Physical Therapy changed my life!
A sincere thanks to Mike, Tim, Kelly, and Mary.

I was in severe back pain two weeks ago. I could not walk properly, and the pain was so severe that I almost fainted. When I was referred to Mike for treatment, I took at least fifteen minutes trying to move myself into the clinic. When I was done with my first treatment, my back was straight and I could walk much better to my car. What a drastic improvement! I was actually very surprised with my improvement. The same improvemet experience happened every time I visited two to three times weekly for the next two weeks. And this is my last treatmtent, isn't it wonderful? My deep appreciation for Mike and his staff!!!

I was diagnosed with vertigo by the Capital Region Otolaryngology Head and Neck Group
after a long bout with double ear infection. He suggested that I go to Clifton Park Physical Therapy as the group had a very competent person who worked with this type of case. I made an appointment with Maureen and found her to be a very kind and caring therapist. After several sessions, my problem improved dramatically. She was encouraging and patient with me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My experience here has been outstanding! Aside from feeling much better and being able to do the simple thing as well as the more difficult without pain, the staff here is great. Kristy Wanmer, Maureen Flaherty, and Maureen Clancy were upbeat, intelligent, and made a tough situation positive and fun.
I am most thankful that I'm able to leave not only in better health, but also with increased knowledge of how to maintain a healthy back!

I came in with severe pain in my hip. I thought it was arthritis, but was told it was a problem with the soft tissue.
During the initial phase of treatment, I received ultrasound and massage therapy and was given stretching exercises. They worked almost immediately relieving some of the pain after the first week of treatment.
As I improved, I graduated to the bike and other machines to further strengthen my weakened muscles. I "graduated" today and can say I am basically in no pain. Kristy and Tim and others really helped me to operate pain-free again.
I had knee problems last year and the same team put me back together again so I was happy to return to their care, and they worked their magic again.

On two separate occasions, I have needed the services of the physical therapists at Clifton Park Physical Therapy. The physical therapists have each been wonderful. They are very professional and eager to help in any way they can. Their optimistic attitudes, comfortable personalities, and attention to every helpful detail of my
treatments over the course of approximately three months have been exemplary. Their specialized training is very evident in the way my treatments were administered to provide maximum relief and recovery. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else They're the very best!

I came to Clifton Park Physical Therapy with a broken rotator cuff and severe fracture, and I was afraid to move my arm and afraid to even move my fingers. Matthew and the staff helped me so much. I move it now after four months more than the doctor even thought I cou.d Thank you.

After some heavy exercise and moving our office files, boxes, etc., I began to experience sore, stiff muscles in my left arm and shoulder. I tried some chiropractic visits, which helped, but the pain persisted and became more intense. I then saw an MD, and had x-rays done. By now, my left arm had become nearly frozen. I could only move it a few inches up and backward without experiencing severe pain, and there was constant aching, even upon resting it. My doctor ordered physical therapy along with a cortisone injection to help loosen it. I've found that after a few visits, the massage, ultrasound, and stretching helped greatly. The continued physical therapy
visits then progressed into more stretching of the muscles, ligaments, and helped to straighten my arm. The therapists, Kathy Lincourt and Kelly MacLain are both professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and a credit to their profession. I am very pleased with the results and their help in my recovery.
